Each piece of jewellery is unique and handmade in Lancashire. Our jewellery is made using resin, sand and quality findings.

North 'n' Grit Jewellery sells a wide variety of handmade, unique, striking jewellery, using true Northern grit!
Each individual piece of jewellery is made with a mix of resin, pigments and sand.
The North 'n' Grit Jewellery range includes; adjustable rings, bracelets, earrings and necklaces.
Where possible, North 'n' Grit Jewellery uses eco - conscious processes and components. All our jewellery gift boxes are biodegradable, recycled and recyclable.
All jewellery components are either manufactured or supplied from UK based reputable businesses.
The jewellery in the three images below are made with; resin, sand, pigment and Sterling Silver 925.

North 'n' Grit
The 'North 'n' Grit' part of our name refers to the jewellery being made by hand in the North (more specifically, Lancashire), using immeasurable grit and determination, by a Northerner (born and bred), using 'Grit' quarried in the North of England.

Our jewellery is a form of personal expression, curated with a touch of uniqueness and individuality. No two items of North 'n' Grit Jewellery will ever be the same, as each item is handmade with love and dedication.

Embracing Uniqueness through
eco-conscious Art
It is not easy, and often not possible to trace the origins of a variety of bead production globally. Consequently, it is not always possible to identify the true working conditions of the people who create the beads. That's why North 'n' Grit Jewellery creates its own beads, using resin and alloy beads (manufactured or supplied from within the UK).
Many of our pieces include recycled Sterling Silver 925, with the aim of reducing environmental and ethical impacts of mining globally. We only use jewellery finding suppliers/manufacturers based within the UK that demonstrate a clear ethical and environmental awareness. All our packaging is sustainable, biodegradable, recycled and recyclabe.
Each piece of North 'n' Grit Jewellery is designed and created by hand. As a result, no two items of jewellery are ever the same. You can rest assured that any item you buy from North 'n' Grit Jewellery will be one of a kind and has been made with great care and consideration.
